Time Management Review Session

As a solopreneur, it’s likely that you started your business with excitement and your core skill-set. (The thing that you’re amazing at).

But were you expecting everything else that comes with ‘running a business’?

The administration stuff, you know…the sales, the marketing planning, the accounting, HMRC, VAT Returns, Facebook ads, networking events, video marketing, social media, oh and that constant doubt about what it takes to actually run a successful business and whether you actually have ‘IT?

Then on top of your own self-doubt, you might have friends, family and ex-work colleagues that think your new career choice is crazy, and can’t understand why you’re not a millionaire yet!

If any of this resonates with you then have no fear…

You’re not alone…

From all the conversations that I’ve had with other business owners as well as my own journey, the ‘initiation’ phase is something that no one ever really talks about!

We hear that 80% of businesses fail within the first 18 months…but we never REALLY get told why.

The truth is, it’s one of those things that you can only REALLY learn by doing.

You can’t learn it all in a class room.

You have to take the theory out into the real world and give it a go.

So congratulations, you made it this far!

Give yourself a moment to be proud of what you have achieved.

You’re still in the game!

80% have fallen out of the race, and many people have never even given it a go…

Instead, they spend years going from one seminar, course or training to the next.

They are too afraid to jump in the water and give swimming a go…

The only way you learn is in the deep end as one of my first mentors used to say.

“You’ll either sink or swim…”

I used to get so cross with him…how dare he risk me drowning, and then I realised it was never about him.

I was the one that needed my survival instinct to kick in.

What does this mean for you?

Now that you know what you need to do to grow your business (time for promotion), it’s time to get smarter.

It’s TIME to learn how to Promote.

Later this week I am going to tell you about my NEW Program:

TIME to Promote

It has been designed to teach solopreneurs how to manage their time and learn how to market their business in 30-Minutes a day.
